I'm Grant Tonne. I started J. Grant Insurance in 2018 after building my career as a top producing agent with a Fortune 100 insurance company. Going independent meant I could bring that same expertise to my clients with something a big company can't offer: real choice and real personal service.

Common questions
Does it cost anything to get a quote?
No. Comparing carriers is free. As an independent agency we're paid by the carrier you choose, so the shopping and the advice cost you nothing.
Can you beat my current rate?
Often, especially if it's been a few years since you shopped. And if what you have is already the best deal, we'll tell you that too.
Can I bundle home and auto?
Yes. Bundling usually earns a discount, but we'll price it both ways to make sure the bundle is actually the better deal.
Do I have to come into the office?
No. We can do everything by phone, email or video. You're always welcome to stop by the office, and Saturdays are available by appointment.
What if I have a claim?
Call us first. We'll help you understand your coverage, get the claim started with the carrier, and follow up so you're not stuck on hold alone.
